Since I'm especially excited for Christmas this year I decided to go with the holiday spirit and have a little giveaway!
All you have to do is comment on this post within the next 24 hours (only once per person please!)
I will then use a random number generator to determine the winner.
The winner gets a painting, something along the lines of the portrait below.
It can be anything from your own original character, fan art of something you like or even a portrait of you or a friend/family member.
You can also comment on this image on my deviantArt to double your chances! (Again, only once per person!)
There will be two winners, one here and one on dA :)

ReplyDeleteDoubling my chances by saying that goddess FEELS godly.
ReplyDeleteYou really know how to work those angles, cut in lighting, and set those dramatic poses to elicit emotion. And I love how you tilt the frame. Your characters are so strong. They really tell a story. One I'd love to write.

ReplyDeleteabsolutely gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteShe's beautiful! Do you mind telling me how you pulled off such soft hair like that?
ReplyDeleteThanks! Painting hair like this is extremely simple: just use a standard hard-edged round brush in Photoshop (or the program of your choice) with pressure sensitivity set to opacity and do a couple of big, bold strokes. The process here was: black base - brighter (highlight color) strokes on top - black strokes again to define the shape a bit more.
DeleteI hope that helped! Feel free to ask if anything is not clear.
I'm here to double my chances because your style is to die for!! <3
ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays!
